Hi, everyone. This is my creature animation of Nico. Nico's front feet doesn't have the function of adjusting the heel without moving the feet as the rear feet. So to avoid breaking the structure, I have to use both feet and toes controlers to get to the pose I want. And I didn't use the FK of body, it's much more efficient to use IK, but, that also cost me extra time to keep hip and chest moving around matching with each other.

Chalisa - Short-legged jump

I found this when I'm looking for more reference. I think this is a good reference for short-legged character. I like that the takes a long anticipation and then pop out in such a short distance. An unexpected is funny sometimes.
